How to Spa

Reservations

We are pleased to accommodate walk-in guests when able, however it is best to reserve an appointment. We accept MasterCard or Visa to reserve all spa experiences. Your credit card will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling but will be charged up to 100% of service cost if you choose to not show for the appointment. Supplying Wildwood Day Spa your credit card information at the time of scheduling is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.  

Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved start time to ensure enough time to fill out proper consent forms (first time) and to allow you to decompress and mentally prepare for your experience.

Please turn off your cell phones/pagers upon arrival to the spa. We ask that you keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments are in progress.

Tipping is customary and typically 15-20% of the undiscounted service price. For parties of 4 or more guests, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied.  For late arrivals, please be aware that your reserved time will still end at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Please keep in mind, for every new client you refer to Wildwood Day Spa we will reward you with "Loyalty Points" redeemable towards service discounts!

Rescheduling Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule reservations. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in the full charge of reserved service.  For your convenience, we will provide you with an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance by either phone or email.
